About BCVAA
The Boone County Visual Arts Association is an organization dedicated to promoting local artists in Northern Kentucky.
The BCVAA was founded in early 2006 in order to organize like-minded artists and supporters. Since our humble beginnings we have grown to 20+ members annually and have worked with organizations such as the Boone County Public LIbrary System (BCPL) and Community Enrichment Through the Arts (CETA). The history and diversity of our artists and supporters make our organization unique and embodies creativity and a mastery each of us strive for in our artistic expression. While our efforts in the community help define us, we are also known for sponsoring marketing & exhibition opportunities for our members as we pursue our mission and promotion of our member artists. Mission StatementOur mission is to advance, affirm and promote the visual arts in Boone County and surrounding areas, while developing opportunities for the promotion, display and merchandising of fine art by local artists.
